We are seeking for an practiced Senior Project Coordinator to play a pivotal function in supporting the prosperous delivery of our exciting and impactfulclimate change work programme.
this function reports directly to the Manager, Delivery Operations within the newly formed centralised team providing project support across the Climate Group.
You will provide professional, efficient and effective project coordination to the Managers, Project Managers and wider Climate Group to help support the delivery of a number of large complex policy projects. This includes providing coordination and administration support to project teams and project managers, ensuring project systems and documents are maintained, organising and providing secretariat support for hui/meetings, recording and tracking key action points, completing project reporting and providing team updates on project progress.
In this function, you will get to lead the delivery of smaller projects and guide and mentor other coordinators.

income range for this function is$77,280 to $93,565pa. Appointment within this range will be located on expertise and practice.
