Resolution Services is seeking a subject matter expert in engagement and te reo me ona tikanga while being able to actively engage with key stakeholder with a strong background of matauranga in te ao Maori methodologies and epistemologies.
Resolution Portfolio Specialists are responsible for contract and relationship management of key services across Resolution Services as well as providing support internally when required as a subject matter expert on resolution and the services in their portfolio. They ensure that our providers are meeting the needs of customers and ACC, while also fulfilling our part by making sure that providers have adequate support, accurate and timely payments, and effective risk management.
You will primarily be working with our Navigation Services providers who are a free, independent service to help people navigate ACC if they find processes and legislation too complex to navigate on their own, or their trust and confidence in ACC is low. Kaupapa Maori Navigation Services (KMNS) is another service available under this umbrella and is the first of its kind, set up to deliver a uniquely tailored service to meet the needs of the Maori community in each region.
