As the D&I Program Manager, supporting everyone to build inclusion every day is your passion with a bias to action and deployment.
Reporting to the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and part of the Future Capabilities and Talent r?p?(team), you will work across all parts of the Co-op to enable the implementation of our Global D&I plan and our Long Term Aspirations.
Working with key stakeholders, you will develop and manage programmes to embed D&I as a core element within our culture. You will identify and implement pragmatic approaches and ensure they are integrated into all aspects of our business. You may work independently on engagements, or as part of a team to identify opportunities and deliver measurable solutions that further drive our D&I strategy.
You'll work flexibly across the business, as required by our key strategic priorities, and may be tagged to a particular business unit from time to time to ensure we seamlessly integrate D&I through all our core people practices.
