Senior Executive adjunct:Ministry of HealthJob description:Job Description» Do you want to work in a dynamic, supportive, and fast-growing environment?» Can you provide excellent customer-centered executive support services? » Permanent position – Wellington located We are seeking for a dynamic, practiced Senior Executive adjunct to support the Deputy Chief Executive and Deputy Director-General of the System Performance and Monitoring directorate at the Ministry of Health. You will provide support by effectively managing their diary and ensuring they are appropriately prepared for and supported in their day-to-day activities. this function performs a wide variety of at times complex administrative, secretarial, coordination and research responsibilities, which require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, and independent judgment. This will be a very busy and crucial function. You will effectively manage the Deputy Chief Executive’s time, anticipate demands, and make decisions, identify emerging issues and risks, and take steps to manage them appropriately. We are seeking for someone who has: » previous practice in an Executive adjunct function, providing executive support to an executive leader » a keen eye for detail and passion for delivering a quality product » excellent interpersonal and relationship management expertise in a variety of settings, including cross-cultural, employee and customer » a proven track record of forming and sustaining partnerships, and the capability to influence and work with staff at all levels.
