The Information and Safety Group in the Organisational Capcapability and Services branch is dedicated to supporting DIA to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand. In the Information and Safety Group we work to ensure the security of our people and information is paramount. As the Advisor, Personnel Security you will support staff through the process of applying for and maintaining a National Security Clearance (NSC). You will support the Senior Advisor, Personnel Security in managing this process across DIA by supporting staff as they prepare applications, providing briefings when clearances are approved, and providing advice to ensure staff are aware of their obligations as a clearance holder. We're looking for someone who is process driven, can work in a fast passed and pressured environment, and has political nous who likes significant and challenging work. The prosperous candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a SECRET level National Security Clearance.
