Farm adjunct:Job description:Farm adjunctPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($22-$25)Job location: Ashburton Region: Christchurch & Canterbury practice: No practice Necessary Listing Added: 12/05/2022 Come & practice working on a dairy farm in New Zealand! We require a farm adjunct to join our team over the upcoming calving period, from mid July through to beginning-mid Sept. We're located in Westerfield - 15mins inland from Ashburton, milking 950 cows through a 60 bale rotary shed with ACR's, pro track & in shed feeding. You will join our friendly team of 6 for the calving period and will be involved in the following tasks: - Milking & Shed hygiene - Picking up calves - Erecting break fences - General farm tasks practice would be an advantage, however if you're physically fit, enthusiastic, motivated, have a can-do attitude and a availability to lgain then training can be provided. Hours/days of work are negotiable and can be discussed at interview. Accommodation can be provided. There may be work availbale for partner/friend on a neighbouring farm. You must have eligibility to work in New Zealand - we can help you obtian a Working Holiday Visa!
