Do you have Legal Executive practice, and are looking for a new opportunity to work in environment that is proud of their work culture? We have a great new opportunity as a Consultation Support Coordinator commencing ASAP for 12-months fixed term, located in Porirua. Your function would be to provide administrative support, advice, and connected services to agents.
   » Fixed term function commencing ASAP for 12 months

   » $80- $85K depending on practice
   » Porirua location
   » Legal executive practice
Key responsibilities include:
   » Providing administrative support to agents undertaking formal consultation process in conformity with the requirements of the Local Government Act 2002
   » Scheduling and supporting hearings and deliberations
   » Organise all processes relating to formal consultation
   » Support the Committee Advisors at LGA hearings - attendance at evening meetings may be required
   » Ensure appropriate hearing venues and resources are arranged
   » Administration tasks such as maintain files and retrieval systems relating to consultation processes, developing, maintaining, and updating formal consultation templates
You will need to have the follow proven practice and attributes:
   » At least two years of administrative, coordination or planning practice in a legal executive function
   » High level of computer literacy with demonstrated competency in the MS suite of applications
   » Meticulous attention to detail
   » Someone who enjoys using their initiative and is organised
   » Legal Executive practice
   » knowledge and commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi
To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:
   » Have a significant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
   » Available immediately or on a 5-day notice period
   » Live in Wellington
