The function: » We are seeking for a really warm and engaging Office Manager to step into this newly created permanent function! » Looking after three sites (the Head Office and two nearby sites), you will be working closely with Head Office Management and office support staff (eg PA’s) to provide top level administration/operational and HR support to the wider team » This opportunity requires Somebody with broad administration/coordination practice who is accurate, can work autonomously and has a can-do attitude » You will be also be able to develop policies and procedures, support the Facilities Manager, Health & Safety Manager, fully onboard new staff, maintain records etc The prosperous candidate must have at least 5 years Office Administration practice, this may be a great step-up opportunity in your career! You » Will have exceptional people expertise, be positive and very approachable » Previous senior administration practice » Excellent time management expertise, adept at handling multiple tasks » Possess a fluent command of English with a high standard of work and personal grooming The ideal candidate must enjoy variety, not every day will be the same.
