In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the safety of the public and efficient traffic flow on our road networks. Benefits:» Weekly pay + 8% Holiday Pay» Growth and career advancement » Great company culture and team environment » Contribution to public safety and roading improvements Role and Responsibilities:» Monitor and analyze traffic flow patterns.» Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic » Report any traffic isues or irregularities » Asssit with set up and take down of traffic work sites. » Collaborate with team members to work safely and smartly » Have a health and safety mindset at all times when on site. » Engage with the public in a positive and friendly manner What we need from you:» Proven experience in traffic management or a related field is preferred» Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public. » Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. » Physical fitness » Ability to work in varying weather conditions » Familiarity with traffic management and confident in using a radio. » Class 1 Full or Restricted Licence » Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. » Hold a vaild TTM/TC certification. » Must be NZ resident or entitled to work in NZ. » Must pass pre-employment drug screening » Please apply now if this sounds like a role you would be interested in!
