You will be: - Ensuring all office supplies and equipment are readily available - Liaising with client and customers over the phone, email, and face to face - Attending to the building’s maintenance - Scheduling meetings and ensuring the rooms are set and ready to go - Providing wider support to the team including Information technology set up, health and safety and fleet management About you: As this is such a key function within the company.
