About our group and team Our group, Business Enablement and Support aims to deliver well-connected, efficient and effective corporate services that enable our people to do their best work every day. About this function The Executive adjunct function supports the Chief Financial agent and Chief Procurement agent in the Business Enablement and Support group. this function is fast paced, varied and action orientated. Key responsibilities include providing high quality executive support and ensuring effective and efficient use of your managers time. You will be expected to manage diary, inbox and information flows alongside the provision of administrative support. The function is an important part of the liaising and communicating with a range of key stakeholders from all over the business, government and sector. About you Do you have a can do attitude and enjoy working with people? A re able to be self-managing and provide exceptional support, and high level prioritising practice?
