Providing exceptional care, and delivering personalised solutions, their mission is to help people experience the joy of better hearing, empowering people to rediscover all emotions of sound. The Role Our client as had a maternity leave 6-month fixed term contract become available and is now looking for a Customer Service Representative to work primarily in their Hamilton clinic with occasional work at their Te Rapa location. The role is varied and will see you undertaking a range of different responsibilities including: » Front desk » Greeting all patients » Scheduling appointments » Over the counter sales » Maintaining patient details » Processing inbound and outbound deliveries » Assisting with hearing aid repairs » Conducting basic hearing screening Experience and soft skills required: » Previous customer service experience essential » Experience working in an office environment » Professional communication with a great phone manner » Strong administration skills » Attention to detail » Warm, welcoming, empathic, and professional approach » Flexibility to work in a different clinic as needed - Primarily based in Hamilton, with occasional work in Te Rapa We Offer For the successful candidate, in return we will offer: » Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm - no weekend work! » Immediate start » Comprehensive training » Ongoing support » An organisation you can be proud to work for » Be a part of a supportive, and close-knit team If this sounds like the role you are looking for and you have the right attitude, apply now!
