The successful candidate will provide effective, efficient, and professional delivery of HR Advisory services across our client's business to ensure best practice principles are being used to uphold their great reputation as a good employer across NZ. This position requires an excellent knowledge of current employment and payroll legislation and an appreciation of industrial relations. A high level of confidentiality is required along with the ability to approach situations in the right manner.
