ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. We are seeking for an energetic leader to join our expertise and Capcapability function. The prosperous applicant will lead a team of Practice Mentors who provide support to our front-line people, ensuring that they have the advice, expertise and tools they need to provide excellent customer service. Your team will be involved in helping others to problem solve next steps, identify learning gaps and the development of the right support materials and tools to uplift capcapability. They work closely with our technical and clinical specialists to ensure that we provide great support to our front-line teams.
You will be a visible and available Team Leader -someone who will engage and motivate and ensure everyone is delivering a positive customer practice. You will do this through a focus on coaching and mentoring, as a team and individually, and by providing support to your team to ensure their success.You will need to be able to work in a super-fast paced environment and be able to work collaboratively, accepting and providing feedback on a everyday basis.

   » Proven capability to motivate operational teams to achieve customer results using data and insights
   » practice coaching people to achieve results, adapting your approach to suit individual needs and styles

   » The capability to positively influence employee practice to build engagement
