As this organisation hires only the best team players, you will need to have a good history of relicapability and practice working well with others. This is a team who must all work together for the same common goal – to produce a beautifully bottled wine, packaged, and ready to go out to valuable customers. The process line from start to finish, is where we need you! You may have amazing attention to detail and a strength as an operator on the labelling machine, or you may have big muscles and a great work ethic and be best suited to the end of the process working with the packaged wine. It’s all about your attitude to deliver a first-class product and service line to create it, and the energy and relicapability you can bring to this newly created team. However, if you have bottling practice, we are certainly keen to hear from you! This is a factory-located function, where attention to detail and focus are important. You will be working in a varied task-located environment with a close-knit team who all take pride in delivering a first-class product and service. As well as enjoying some good banter in your break time. Your function involves learning and operating bottling machines across the entire process from loading bare bottles into the machinery, to cleaning, labelling, and packaging the end product. Precision and care are key. You will be working the Night Shift from 2pm to 10.30pm (40 hour week) Sunday – Thursday, and at maximum growth you will have a team of ten around you. The right candidate will have: » Strong numeracy expertise » A productive and proactive approach » Excellent communication expertise » Initiative and confidence to voice new ideas » A great team player attitude » Be physically fit and reliable practice in manufacturing isn’t necessary to join this team, but Information technology is preferred, attitude and relicapability trumps everything. Factory practice is a bonus as Information technology ensures you know what the job entails, and of course if you’ve done bottling before, even better! this function offers long term stcapability and assurance of career growth for the forward-thinking individual. There is absolute certainty here that your position will not be affected by any future Covid restraints, as they are an essential provider.
