Virtual/work in the house function with occasional travel for team hui The Health Quality and Safety Commission are seeking a fixed-term Senior Project Manager to cover parental leave in the advance care planning and clinical communication training team. The national advance care planning and clinical communication training programme is contracted to the DHB’s to deliver on the multi-year strategy and roadmap of actions (2022-2028). This position is pivotal for the delivery of two key components: » Supporting DHBs with implementation of advance care planning » Supporting shared goals of care implementation in hospitals and aged residential care facilities The prosperous person will have significant practice of advance care planning and/or shared goals of care implementation. You will ensure the project and programme of work are managed in conformity with best practice project management approaches to meet agreed deliverables in terms of planning, timing, budget and quality expectations. You will have prosperously led, lead and manage projects at a national and senior level, including multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent interpersonal expertise with the capability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnership.
