The Role: In this new role for the business, you will exist to drive and support the sales and marketing activities for the New Zealand Business Unit, developing profitable and sustainable sales, and implementing strategies in conjunction with the wider team. » Lead the implementation of Global Business Unit strategies and initiatives at a country level to ensure appropriate sales and marketing efforts within the country » Manage the segmentation of customers and markets and develop and implement marketing and communications plans » Manage the demand market including third party and internal sales » Develop business strategies and sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams » Participate in the preparation of budget » Coordinate and deliver product lifecycle marketing » Analysis and reporting of sales data and pipeline » Manage and develop relationships with customers and key accounts Benefits: » Flexible working » $17,000.00 Car allowance » Kiwi saver contribution » Medical insurance The Candidate: » Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce or engineering » Proven previous experience in sales, business development or marketing » Exposure to large scale market analysis projects and strategic plans » Knowledge of electrical and automation technologies/industries or a desire to learn » Ability to work independently and drive results To apply for this role you must already reside in New Zealand and have the right to work.
