You'll need to be confident working in a fast paced, busy environment and have excellent communication expertise. We are seeking for somebody with a positive, can do attitude who knows how to create a great atmosphere both behind the scenes and in the garden. You'll also need to be self aware and have an eye for detail when Information technology comes to completing everyday administration tasks. Previous hospitality practice and LCQ / managers certificate would be a bonus but not necessary for the right applicant.
