National sales ManagerJob location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Permanent » » » » Small nationwide team of 6-7; reporting off shore; circa $150k plus vehicle » Drive an already passionate sales team; must have sales forecasting/team management » Exciting opportunity to drive new growth; great team; award winning product Seeking a true Sales Manager personality who enjoys working with a small passionate team of professionals.The right person for this function, will have the energy, drive and expertise to bring exceptional performance out in this enjoyable team of high performing people. You’ll slide into an already prosperous space, your predecessor having laid a very solid foundation for success. Your function primarily aims to continue the growth trajectory this organisation is on, and manage the reporting, key accounts and distributors, maintaining and developing new and existing customers. As you will be reporting off shore, some practice reporting on sales revenue and gross profit target achievements to an off shore head office is hugely advantageous. You will need to understand the nature of sales in this HVAC space, if not have an already established line of practice in this, or something very similar selling a technical product. Your function will be hugely people located; and your success will be measured in the stcapability of the sales team and their targets being met. You will be joining a busy team who seek professional sales support and direction, while fielding targets and expectations from Australia Head Office, so a real strength for being able to go between your team located in NZ, converting achievements and building strategy that relates to the NZ market. The key areas of responsibility will be: » Managing NZ sales force to achieve targets » Managing accounts and distributors » Reporting on financial and statistical results with timely and accurate reports this function requires some travel, and planning between NZ and Australia, to develop key relationships as a foremost requirement. You will be joining a team who while setting you up for success with all required tools of the trade, induction and support, do in turn seek a proactive and fresh approach from the prosperous applicant; taking the direction and making positive and immediate steps to integrate into the business and it’s people with the expertise you bring from your Sales Management practice. this function offers long term stcapability and growth, with a prosperous award winning product that is received favourably within the NZ B2B environment.
