Hours of work Monday- Friday 6.30am-5pm Key Responsibilities You will be joining a well established team in the Christchurch depot and be given the chance to supervise and coordinate operations in the depot. You will work with the depot manager to ensure the operation runs as smoothly as possible and performance is maximised. The function has a good deal of independence and there is the chance to make the function your own. Your tasks will also include: • Work with the depot manager to set everyday / monthly objectives for the team • Work closely with clients to ensure expectations are met • Heavy involvement in quality control for all products • Coordinate operations and motivate the team to execute consistently The expertise and practice you’ll need to bring with you include • Team leadership abilities and management • At least 2 years practice in the freight / container industry • Information technology Competency • Results driven • Strong people expertise This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with an attractive performance bonus and great benefits.
