This company has 300 employees and is progressively growing, an exciting time to be a part of this journey! You will be coming on board to support an amazing talented team of 5 during this busy period. The company shuts between the 22nd December- 11th January so you will have Christmas break off. About the function: You will be working within the talented logistics team supporting the coordinators, specialist and manager to ensure the day-to-day admin tasks smoothly. This is a busy time with the lead up to Christmas, hence the need for additional support. You will be: Processing orders Inputting Purchase Orders numbers Filing Processing project orders Using the system D365 and Excel Adhoc administration tasks About you: This is a busy function, and We are seeking for someone who can some in and hit the ground running. capability to work at pace is key Previous practice with excel (intermediate- advance level) Excellent verbal and written expertise Tech savvy Previous practice in logistic/transport is a must!
