Te Ara Manaaki's vision is to transform the way New Zealanders access our identity and life event services - putting our customers and their wh?nau at the heart of everything we do, and continuously make Information technology easier for them to access services. We're reimagining and re-designing our service delivery model. This is an exciting opportunity for an Advisor who is seeking to further their career in Instructional Design and Delivery.
As an Instructional Design & Delivery Advisor, you will have plenty of energy, enthusiasm and great skills to develop and take ownership of this challenging position. We are an innovative, dynamic programme that offers a great opportunity for a flexible team player who enjoys working to find solutions. You will be the facilitator on a range of topics focussed on enhancing and developing skills of our people. You will use all your expertise in Instructional Design and Delivery to create engaging learning practices for a variety of audiences. You will be a mentor who is able to create strong relationships all over the programme.
What practice you'll bring to our team:
   » A strong facilitation background
   » expertise of Identity and Life Event processes and methodologies
   » The capability to work in a fast-paced Agile programme
   » Enthusiasm to be involved in all aspects of Learning and Development (Analysis, Design, Develop, Deliver and Assess)
   » Great relationship management skills with confidence in dealing with a wide variety of people
What skills we'll be looking for in you:
   » Designs and develops learning resources that result in effective behavioural change
   » Establishes effective working relationships with business group managers, team leaders, product owners, internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), external agency/Government SMEs, and other business functions aligned with readying stakeholders for change
   » Manage learning processes and apply good practice process management
   » Creates innovative options in instructional design and transfers new expertise to other team members
   » Provides technical skills in learning methodologies
