K?wai ki te Iwi – Service Delivery and Operations is one of DIA’s most public facing branches, providing customers with a wide variety of services, products and advice, in the areas of Identity and Passport Services, Births, Deaths and Marriages, Citizenship, Charities Services, Authentications, Translations, and Community Operations, DIA’s network of community development and funding. In early 2021 K?wai ki te Iwi established a new Principal Advisor Organisational Capcapability function as part of a broader organisational realignment that positions the branch to deliver its five strategic priorities: » Building on our strengths to create a nimble, resilient & engaged workforce » Improving equity of access to public service » Supporting iwi, hap? & communities to lead their own development » Delivering Statutory, Regulatory and Service excellence every day » Creating standout cultural capcapability in honouring the M?ori Crown relationship We're now looking for a Principal Advisor to support us to realise our priorities by: » Providing strategic organisational development and capcapability advice and thought leadership abilities to the branch leadership abilities Team; and » Leading the development and prosperous delivery of the branch Organisational Development Plan » Actively contributing to the Te Waka Aukaha – Planning, Design and Assurance business group leadership abilities team and the delivery of its business plan What we offer You will be supported to achieve great results within a fun, friendly team, who are genuinely passionate about the work they do.
