To support the growth, we have some new and exciting opportunities available to work closely with these businesses. ABOUT THE function This is a new full time permanent position, to lead and champion visual design, creating designs and communications that embrace and personify Pacific culture and the greater Pacific community. Working with a wide variety of internal stakeholders the visual designer will have skills in taking briefs and the capability to apply creative ideas and solutions to a wide variety of content. The visual designer will draw on their previous design practice to proactively deliver beautifully finished artwork. You will also be responsible for: » Designing engaging reports in a way that reflects Pasifika to a wide audience » Assisting the wider marketing team design and deliver campaign creative assets » Delivering graphics for websites, social media and EDMs, publishing » Applying the organisation's brand identity to variety of internal and external touchpoints ABOUT YOU The prosperous candidate will have a deep commitment to our Pacific community with a positive and flexible attitude. Having a strong knowledge of the Pacific culture would be ideal but your proven skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are essential as well as a thorough knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Excel. practice also using platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, WordPress and social media would also be advantageous. As a self-starter you have the confidence to work on several projects simultaneously, and can prioritise projects and deadlines.
