Key Job responsibilities: » Take the lead in providing financial business advice in order to develop key insights, performance reporting and mitigate risk for assigned portfolios. » Develop efficiencies and areas for process improvement in order to support the organisation, finance and significant business units in achieving operational and strategic goals. » Ensure budgets are effectively analysed and reviewed, whilst ensuring OPEX and CAPEX budgets are managed prudently. » Provide key financial advice on proposed strategic and policy initiatives. » Analyse and interpret significant operational data in order to provide insights to key non-financial stakeholders in a way that effectively tells the financial performance story. Key Requirements: » Proven practice in a Senior Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partnering/Finance leadership abilities function. » CA qualification or equivalent. » Strong relationship management expertise and the capability to partner with non-financial stakeholders.
