Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team of Finance Business Partners who are responsible for the financial management, analysis and advice across the corporate and operating business groups, alongside playing a key function in the implementation of ESR’s new ERP solution. You will be compensateed with an autonomous leadership abilities position within a supportive environment, with an organisation that fosters flexible working, 22 days annual leave + 3 ESR days and the chance to add real value in this newly created function. Key Job responsibilities: » Implementation of a 12 month rolling forecast, alongside developing and maintaining ESR’s 5 year financial forecast. » Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, alongside internal and external financial performance reporting. » Provide high quality financial analysis, reporting and advice to senior level internal and external stakeholders, whilst looking at ways of improving and automating current reporting processes. » Lead and manage the Finance Business Partnering team, through managing, mentoring, coaching and training team members and their performance, whilst ensuring alignment with ESR’s strategy and priorities. » Play an active function in the implementation of ESR’s new ERP solution, supporting the design of key processes and managing the input of finance SMEs. Key Requirements: » CA Qualification or equivalent » Tertiary degree in accounting or finance » Demonstrated leadership abilities practice and the capability to work through change » Proven practice of working in senior level accounting positions within complex organisations.
