You will primarily be responsible for; responding to new event enquiries and making room bookings, plus a wide variety of financial administrative tasks such as, preparing sales reports, liaising with the central finance team, updating templates and manuals, setting up suppliers, reconciling accounts, invoicing and credit control. this function would suit a go getter with excellent communication expertise and practice with a range of financial administrative tasks.
