The Position
This position will see you taking on all accounts administration functions for the business as well as being the all beloved ‘go to’ for any administration or support tasks that may arise on the job. You’ll be comfortable and confident in dealing with Month End, Bank Reconciliations, AP/AR and will understand the paramount importance that focus and attention to detail play in your function. You will be responsible for processing and receipting the online orders, managing creditor invoices, general banking and debtor management as well as being the back up for answering the telephones and assisting with general office tasks when/if needed.
This is a part time position (Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day) perfect for anybody wanting to do the school drop offs or alternatively just wanting more spare time to enjoy your hobbies and enjoy a bit more work/life balance.
To be prosperous in this position, you will have:
• Solid previous practice in a Accounts Administration/Finance position
• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• practice in daily/monthly bank reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail; capability to accurately code and enter invoices
• NetSuite practice ideal, however not essential
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and picking up new computer systems
• A availability to take on ad-hoc general support tasks such as stationery ordering, telephone answering etc.
• A reliable work ethic, with a good sense of humour!
