HR Business PartnerJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Permanent » » » • Permanent • Wellington CBD • $110k - $140k About the function this function requires broad engagement with managers and directors to understand their areas of the organisation, their strategic objectives and to identify and resolve their strategic people risks. this function supports the development and delivery of HR service, policy, practice and strategy whilst building great business relationships with your stakeholders. tasks • Lead the development of projects, policies and procedures as required to ensure organisation maintains best practice HR that is fit for purpose and supports the continuing achievement of business goals • Provide clear business requirements at the design stage of all pieces of OD work to ensure that final products respond directly to organisational needs • Take a leadership abilities function in developing the culture of the team, ensuing delivery of high-quality services to customers • Understand how the organisation works, the functions of each business group and how these contribute to the strategic results of the organisation. • Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with allocated area of business, developing a sound knowledge of their people challenges, issues and priorities in the context of delivering business results • Apply continuous improvement mind-set to HR policies, processes, and practices expertise & practice • significant tertiary qualification or equivalent practice in human resources • Highly effective planning and organisational expertise, including time management and prioritising work in a complex work environment. • practice of partnering with business groups to deliver strategic HR solutions • Demonstrated high level of integrity • Excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal, including informing others • In depth practice of management issues.
