ACC’s Privacy function is strongly supported by senior leadership abilities, and you’ll be joining a dynamic, well-resourced team tasked with leading and growing the highest standard of care of personal information and privacy. Mo tenei turana mahi – About this function As the Senior Triage and Workflow Coordinator, you’ll be our expert in managing workflow. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is efficiently and effectively allocated across team members and you’ll actively monitor and engage with leaders to do this. Day to day, you’ll be reviewing requests for advice, gathering more information, redirecting requests to the appropriate information source, or allocating the work to a resource in the team. Some of the other interesting work you’ll get to do includes: » identifying trends, frequently asked questions, and opportunities for improving processes and services related to privacy across ACC » providing information, commentary, and reporting to managers to effectively manage performance and capacity » ensuring workforce management tools, workflow management systems and reporting are effective and fit for purpose. Ko wai koe – About you We’re open to whether you’ve been working in the public or private sector, but we’re ideally needing Somebody with a background in a similar function such as workforce or workflow or case management and practice (or a strong interest) in privacy. Well be looking for: » practice using workflow management systems (we use Dynamics and Salesforce) » practice with Power BI » analytical and conceptual expertise with the capability to identify key issues and develop appropriate solutions » the capability to plan and organise your work and prioritise critical issues with confidence » good judgement, decision making and problem resolution expertise » the capability to work in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently and adapt to change » excellent interpersonal expertise and a keen eye for detail » a continuous improvement mindset » consciousness of the diversity and beliefs of New Zealand’s communities.
