Their business is people - and how best to retrain, rehabilitate, maintain injury prevention and getting people back into work. If you come from a medical industry background this would be beneficial, but not essential. What you do need is: » Excellent knowledge of employment law » 4 years+ core HR processes, and minimum 1 year on a leadership level » HR Degree or Management related degree » Coaching and development expertise » Good Performance Management practices » Strong and articulate communication skills » Be time focused - detailed execution of tasks - is calm - solid - reliable » Trustworthy » Proven objectives implemented and achieved » Excellent people assessment skills » Supportive with development plans for staff » Interested in external situational circumstances that could affect the business » Team Player and good negotiator » Analytical and solutions oriented » NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident » No criminal history » Full NZ Drivers Licence In return you will be compensated generously.
