Customer Services (Product)Job location:Wellington Hutt Valley Work Type: Temporary » » » »Interested in Construction related sector & a strong CSR? »Service delivery, admin and customer service mix »Albany/Rosedale area – off Constellation The Company » Established for almost 90 years, my client is a leading manufacturer of a range of products, tools and accessories that service the construction sector » ‘Essential services’, you will be supporting the needs of their existing customers, (processing orders, credits and general inquires), servicing internal sales customers and providing general customer support support in your segment. The Position Service Delivery » Receive inbound customer sales enquiries and provide product information, support and pricing details in response » Receive, manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products » Customer Service » Process sales orders and monitor/manage progress through to dispatch and invoicing » Resolve customer credits, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time and authority limits » Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Administration » In collaboration with segment sales teams and accounts receivable maintain customer databases including service critical contact details and interactions » Support the documentation of and training in key customer service processes and procedures Continuous Improvement » Identify continuing issues connected with the company’s products or delivery and escalate them to the significant segment or functional leadership abilities teams » Identify opportunities to improve company processes and systems and recommend potential changes You » Will have customer service ‘product’ practice (not from service sector), a quality focus and excellent problem solving expertise » Market expertise (building/construction sector) would be valuable » Great documentation, listening and phone expertise, being able to resolve issues and multi-task On offer » Standard business hours » Free on site parking is available » Modern offices, great technology and natural light with large windows » The opportunity to apply for the function on a permanent basis also!
