High Country Salmon is situated in the beautiful Mackenzie Region. Our business comprises of a boutique salmon farm, processing and dispatch department, fish shop and floating cafe. We are seeking for a full-time, permanent chef for our Cafe. You will need to have at least 2 years practice in kitchens, and ideally some staff management. this function would suit either an practiced senior chef looking to downsize, or Information technology could be the perfect opportunity for an up-and-coming chef to progress their career. Remuneration will depend on practice and expertise. You will be in charge of a small team and be responsible for ordering stock, menu creation, and food safety. You will work closely with our Cafe Manager on rosters and budgets, to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
