If you have had some practice at middle or senior leadership abilities level this may be another career path option. this function will give you the opportunity to directly work with senior leaders and Boards of Trustees to achieve prosperous educational results for all students. You must be able to influence others and be able to back this up with expertise, expertise and practice in improving student engagement and achievement. You will also work directly with students, schools and wh?nau to place students back into education. The prosperous candidate will work with schools and K?hui Ako across the region. To be prosperous in this function you will need to be great at the following: » Building and maintaining prosperous relationships, and champion supporting students back into education » Using your evaluative expertise to work with data and information to deal with complex problems and make decisions » Working with others to support and implement change initiatives We will also consider applications for secondment from within the sector.
