The original owners of the T?aropaki whenua believed that they could achieve more by working together. The role: The Senior Dairy Assistant is responsible for undertaking day to day operations at the Dairy safely and proficiently, while promoting Trust values and beliefs. The Senior Dairy Assistant's specific responsibilities are to support all operational processes across the Dairy, including farm property and equipment maintenance, animal husbandry and all aspects of stock management, with a high standard of record keeping (including animal health and milk quality requirements). What You'll Need To Be Successful: You will be committed to growing your knowledge and use of te ao m?ori, te reo, tikanga m?ori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and m?ori values and perspectives in your work, while supporting others to do the same.
