About the function – Atu mo te mahi
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a quality improvement perspective to telehealth service delivery and engaging service delivery teams in assuring contractual and external audit compliance. Monday – Friday. Auckland Office located.
Key tasks and accountabilities:
   » Establish and maintain key working relationships
   » Collaborate with employees to identify and resolve process and system issues
   » Maintain solid processes for receiving feedback from service users and employees.
   » Collaborate with the rest of the Quality and Risk team and participate in the feedback process as needed
   » Encourage and contribute to a learning environment
About you – Pehea koe:
   » A significant tertiary qualification in a health-related field
   » An knowledge of health care systems and the principles of project management
   » Confident with technology
   » practice with ISO accreditation preferred
   » practice within telehealth or contact centre services
