The primary location of the role would be the clinic in New Plymouth with flexibility to work from other sites when suitable. The role would see you supporting clients within their home environment as well as in the community. This is a full-time permanent role, however there is flexibility for a part time opportunity too. Responsibilities: Develop and implement customized rehabilitation programs both within our clinic and in community settings. Collaborate seamlessly with our team of allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Generate comprehensive patient reports outlining abilities, goals, and recommended interventions. Utilize cutting-edge diary management software for efficient scheduling and record-keeping.
