About the function You’ll be part of the future-focused International Development Services team, helping Wintec identify, secure and implement viable projects. This includes working with international partners to scope and implement significant programmes that address systemic vocational challenges and build capcapability across education, primary, technology, trades, health, renewable energy and other sectors. You will source opportunities through a mix of existing and new partnerships and formal procurement tenders by multilateral development assistance donors and coordinate a mix of internal skills, local partners and additional specialist consultancy. International jurisdictions include an emphasis on our Pacific Region and South East Asia with strategic positioning for specific markets and potential offerings providing scope for you to bring your international practice and connections to the table. Your combination of relationship building skills, business acumen, vocational sector expertise, consciousness of developing country contexts, practice managing complex change-related projects and capability to innovate will contribute to your success in this function.
