Driver Operator - Class 2/4/5Location All TasmanTasman Job type Full Time Salary 26 to 32 Category Transport, Shipping, Logistics > Drivers & Couriers » Foot in the door » Potential for perm position » Experience different environments Adecco Nelson is seeking dedicated Driver Operators with a Class 2/4/5 license for upcoming assignments in the Top of the South. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, a clean and current New Zealand driver's license, and a reasonable level of fitness. Responsibilities » Safely operate and maintain company vehicles in compliance with all traffic regulations » Perform pre-start checks and keep accurate log books » Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure timely deliveries » Maintain a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients at delivery locations » Adhere to all health and safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications » Clean and current New Zealand driver's license with Class 2/4/5 endorsement » Experience with Road Ranger transmission is preferred » Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines » Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role » Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures Day-to-day » Conduct pre-start checks on the vehicle » Plan and execute efficient delivery routes » Communicate with dispatch to coordinate delivery schedules » Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations » Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions If this sounds like you HIT APPLY.
