The Role Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team! Be at the helm of hiring with a supportive, collaborative, and fun HR team. Guide and support our managers when hiring across the three primary areas of Audiologists, Clinic Coordinators, and Support Office roles. The ideal candidate's key responsibilities will include: » Leading the recruiting process » Act as the central point of contact for all recruitment activities » Create and attend to employer branding activities and initiatives » Support talent acquisition strategies » Collaborate with their Corporate Office on global projects as required » Understand recruitment platforms to then post appropriately, stay up to date with new recruitment technology and stay connected with candidates » Report KPI's and manage their tracking system About You The ideal candidate will have the following experience and soft skills: » Experience working in recruitment - ideally in healthcare staffing » Experience hiring candidates from overseas - preferrable » Oracle knowledge - preferrable but not essential » Strong communication skills » Professional phone manner » Employment branding » Customer focused attitude » Strong organisation skills » Motivated by achieving high performing results and driven by KPIs » Strong team focus » Proactive attitude and ability to get tasks completed efficiently and accurately We offer: » A supportive working environment which includes rewards, recognition programs, annual conference, discounted Southern Cross Health Insurance and hearing aids. » Flexible working arrangements with the opportunity to work remotely after completing a six-week induction (dependable on your performance) » Career development pathways » The role offers autonomy in addition to working alongside a passionate team » Immediate start!
