Duties will involve reading Watermains around the Hamilton CBD on a monthly schedule and may include clearing tracks to access storm water (creeks/streams) carrying the tools and equipment to worksite. The focus of the role is the maintenance of Storm-water/Open Drains/Streams and Gully work. Hours 7.30am - 4.00pm (40hrs p/w) We are seeking someone who: » Phyiscally fit and active » Computer literate » Is capable, and has an interest with this sort of work » Need to be multi-skilled with a variety of equipment - Mostly will be using weed eaters & chainsaws » Is a team player » Must have Full Class 1 Driver's Licence » If they have an interest in the environment it would be an advantage. Ultimately our client is looking for someone to work long-term potentially succession plan to replace existing staff due to retire.
