Casita Miro is a small, family-run restaurant and winery that has been operating for 28 years. Wines are grown and vinted onsite and are served in our Spanish-themed restaurant. We are an organisation where sustaincapability is at the core of everything that we do - power is generated onsite, all waste products are fermented, composted, and returned to the earth, and renewables and up-cyclables are our building blocks. People need to be looked after in a sustainable manner too! Pastoral and professional mentoring is at the heart of our practice. We are an accredited teaching institution and have had chefs, front of house and viticultural apprenticeships for many years. We also advocate for healthy and safe practices in all areas of our endeavours. We are currently looking for floor staff of all practice levels. practice is always preferred; however, Information technology is not necessary as full training will be provided for candidates who show a availability to learn. We are seeking for people to fit into our fun and family-orientated team.
