This role is a permanent full-time position with an opportunity to be part of a unique community and work with a collaborative team. Your main responsibilities and duties will include; » Working together as a team to ensure that the work is completed to standards » Performing all aspects of gardening, lawn mowing, and all general garden maintenance » Ensuring all features located on the grounds are well maintained and reporting any hazards or defects to the facilities manager » Operating and maintaining horticultural equipment and machinery safely and effectively » Using sprays and pesticides safely so that no hazards or harm occur » Interacting in a friendly and respectful way to all other staff, residents, and others visiting the village This is an opportunity to be part of a community of caring and respectful individuals who are working towards a common goal to provide care, comfort, and support to those who live in the village. The ideal candidate will have experience as a gardener and understand basic irrigation and horticulture processes. They will also have a friendly and caring demeanor in order to succeed in the role.
