We are seeking for a Senior Finance Administrator with a positive attitude,anenthusiastic team player who is willing to work collaboratively to achieveteam goals and deadlines. this function will work closely with the Finance & Administration Manager supporting them witha range of end of month, reporting,payroll,budget?and accounts?tasks. Such as: » End of month finance procedures » Fortnightly payroll » Reconciliations (GST, FBT, PAYEetc) » Monthly and annual accounts regular reporting » Preparing budget templates Ensuring that the appropriatefinancesystems are in place, you will monitor and manage them to ensure effective and efficient performance. this function would suit someone who embraces continuous improvement. You'll work collaboratively across our teams and maintain excellent working relationships with internalstakeholders, such as project leads and budget holders to proactively prompt deadlinesand identify any issues to troubleshoot. You will have: A background of working in a Finance department is essential, preferably with broad practice of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable functions and administrative tasks » Proven knowledge of accounting concepts and practice with accounting software e.g.?Attaché, MYOB Advanced » The capabilityto execute data input activities quickly and accurately » You will need to be systems and Information technology savvy with the capability to pick up new systems and improve existing ones » Professional standards of written and verbal communication » Working knowledge and capcapability with information and communication technology » Alignment with the vision and values of MHF » knowledge of theTeTiritio Waitangi » availability to grow and extend knowledge ofTeAoM?ori andTeReo M?ori If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
