Our newly established M?ori Strategy and Performance (MSP) branch has been created to strengthen Te Tari Taiwhenua's capcapability to build enduring equitable and positive M?ori Crown relationships. The new branch provides greater M?ori leadership abilities and resourcing alongside established whole of organisation strategy, governance and performance functions. Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity Reporting to the DCE, as Programme Director, you will establish and drive the M?ori, Strategy and Performance Change Programme including the delivery of He Waka Eke Noa, our M?ori Organisational Strategy, Te Aka Tai Whenua, our M?ori Strategic Framework, and initiatives to support cultural capcapability uplift across our organisation. You will be building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with branches and business groups ensuring that capcapability development supports their needs and the mahi they are accountable for. This new function is an opportunity to make a real difference to improving our internal capcapability to build positive M?ori Crown relationships.
