About the function He Aha Te T?ranga This is your opportunity to be actively involved in developing and enhancing the relationships with health providers through excellent analysis, negotiation and engagement. This position plays a key function in positively influencing claims inflation. You will assist in the analysis of data and identifying opportunities to continually improve and streamline nib processes. In addition to the above, you will be engaged in providing support to health providers, and managing nib's First Choice Network. About you Ko Wai Koe As a key aspect of this function is relationship management, you will have broad practice in account management and/or building and maintaining effective relationships with people at all levels. Your background will include: ป Strong knowledge and knowledge of the health sector. ป Strong analytical expertise with advanced Excel knowledge. ป A methodical approach to problem solving. ป Proven practice in providing a high level of customer service and delivery. ป Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise. ป A professional, positive attitude with a high level of self-motivation, and the confidence to present to groups. ป A related tertiary qualification. ป Business Intelligence dashboard and analysis practice is desirable.
