You’ll help drive our employee communications strategy, ultimately to support our commitment to our people: that we can be ourselves at work; where we are connected to our purpose and where wellbeing and development are prioritised. About you You’ll be a Senior Engagement and Communications Advisor ready to step into a new function, that you will have the opportunity to shape and contribute to a new strategy for employee communications. Ideally you’ll have a background in internal communications, or be an practiced generalist engagement and communications advisor looking for a change in direction. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to shift easily between providing strategic advice and getting things done. Naturally, you’ll be a strong writer, confident in turning your hand to various types of content. As a senior advisor to the business, you’ll be comfortable collaborating with leaders and managers across ACC to understand their priorities, and to develop employee communications that will deliver the most effective results. You’ll be naturally collaborative, skilled in building relationships across all levels and confident in advising on best practice, to enable you to achieve the best result for our people.
