They have key clients across the vertical and horizonal build spaces wit in depth sector reach within health, retirement, research, commercial, roading and infrastructure, and residential. Due to exponential growth, there is now a requirement for a project manager with the capability to work with key clients in the transport and land development space. Projects span major housing developments and roading projects including water and wastewater projects, all civil/bulk earthworks, footpaths, roading, streetlighting, parks and reserves and cycleways. As a Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy and/or civil contractor background with proven practice on a range of civil land development/subdivision and roading projects covering such areas as design management, project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management. We are seeking for candidates with 4 - 5 years of practice with a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
