We are seeking for practiced Contact Centre Team managers to lead our virtual contact centre team with an immediate start or your expression of interest for future opportunities. Join us in this front-line leadership abilities function to keep Aotearoa safe from Covid-19 and provide phone-located support to our community. Our Covid teams Work in the house and manage inbound and outbound calls supporting service users in this fast-paced phone-located function.
About the function – Atu mo te mahi
Reporting to a People Leader, you will act as the first point of contact and support a team of Covid Advisors within a virtual environment whilst maintaining and delivering a quality service.
This is a virtual contact centre, you need to be able to work in the house using your own laptop or PC and a reliable Internet access. Our teams operate Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm or 24/7 contact centres. We offer full time or part-time employment on a fixed-term contract with Penal rates on weekend work.
We have vacancies in both our Covid Welfare, Covid Inbound and Covid Vaccinations services. Covid Inbound manage our 0800 incoming Covid Healthline and Covid Welfare manage outbound calls to people who have or have been in contact with cases of Covid-19 and are required to self-isolate. Covid Vaccinations manage inbound and outbound calls supporting users in both registrations and bookings for vaccinations.
About you – Pehea koe
We are seeking for practiced managers, ideally within a call centre type environment who can support and motivate team members to maintain and deliver a consistent and quality service. Our managers will play a key part in training and supporting new Advisors.
You will need the following:
   » Communication – strong English fluency is a must, alongside all other language expertise, our desire is to build a team reflective of Aotearoa
   » Computer literacy – good knowledge and able to adapt quickly to new systems
   » Resilience – able to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment and manage workload
   » Positive attitude and a team player
   » Strong focus on service user (customer) practice
   » Working in the house, you’ll need a appropriate workspace, your own laptop or PC and a reliable Internet access
   » Medical or clinical background not required
   » Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
