Extrusion Supervisor - Night ShiftLocation All WaikatoWaikato Job type Permanent Salary 70,000 to 80,000 Category Engineering > Industrial » Great Company and Culture » Monthly Bonus and Benefits including Life and Health Insurance » Night Shift 6pm - 6am The Hamilton Te Rapa branch is looking for a night shift " Extrusion Supervisor" to join the crew, you will have 2 direct reports and need to be physically fit, think on your feet and get your hands dirty. As a family owner business, we are leaders in supplying the building, construction, civil infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors with steel & flow products Nationwide. Skills & Attributes: » Minimum 4 years' experience in the manufacturing environment of Plastic Extrusion » Leadership and motivational skills » Excellent planning, co-ordination, and time management » Ability to work with pressure and high-volume work » Current full class NZ drivers' licence » Forklift endorsement and OSH Forklift licence » Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering principles Responsibilities of the role: » Lead, direct and supervise the machine operator team » Set up, adjust, and calibrate extrusion lines to ensure the pipe produced meets all quality standards » Complete all relevant quality and production documentation » Troubleshoot issues with management. » Comply with company H&S requirements » Monitor plant and equipment, completing maintenance checks, machine servicing, basic repairs, and adjustments We seek to attract and retain a diverse and productive workforce that can embrace future challenges and opportunities.
